With over two decades of experience, Ms. O'Connell has proven her ability to strategically position organizations for success in various scenarios, including dynamic start-ups, turnaround situations, mergers, and periods of accelerated growth. Her dedication to nonprofit transformation is a central focus of her career, and she excels in managing all aspects of this process.

In terms of her educational background, she holds an MBA in International Business, indicating her expertise in global business practices. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Associate's degree in Computer Management, demonstrating her well-rounded knowledge and skills in the business and technology realms.

When she's not diligently serving the organization, Jeanné enjoys indulging in baking, cake decorating, and exploring the beautiful beaches of her quaint coastal town in South Africa, Mossel Bay.
