He is founder of Fundraising.AI, a 2,000+ member initiative responsible for publishing the world’s first Framework for Responsible AI for Fundraising. His fundraising experience spans more than two decades where he led large-scale fundraising programs and multi-billion dollar campaigns. As the Senior VP of DonorSearch AI, he leads AI deployments for major nonprofits.
He’s also the co-author of the award-winning book, The Generosity Crisis: The Case for Radical Connection to Solve Humanity’s Greatest Challenges. Kelly McLaughlin is a creative thinker, dynamic speaker, systems creator, and nonprofit champion who loves putting together the puzzle pieces to get your individual giving program running efficiently and sustainably.
Kelly started fundraising as a five-year-old, trying to change the world one bake-sale at a time, and never stopped—running fundraising campaigns through high school and college. She's been a professional fundraiser since 2009. She created the FIT Framework for Fundraising Sustainability to teach nonprofits how to craft, build, and scale individual giving systems that banish burnout—allowing her clients to create greater impact, less stressed staff, and happier donors.
Mitch Stein
Head of Strategy
Mitch is a social entrepreneur, community builder and impact innovator. He is currently the Head of Strategy for Chariot, a Donor-Advised Fund solution for nonprofits to get more of the $230 billion sitting in DAFs. He previously founded a nonprofit marketplace and community called Pond after leaving his role as a VP on Goldman Sachs' Technology Investment Banking team. He's a long-time board member at The LGBT Center of NYC and active alum of the Startup Leadership Program NYC.

Throughout his career, Floyd has worked tirelessly on building social impact communities around the world, collectively raising over $20M for grassroots organizations and speaking at over 50 conferences across America. His work and content has been featured by LinkedIn, ESPN, AfroTech, Variety, and Wired magazine, and has been sponsored by NIKE, Whole Foods, VISA, NBA2k, and more.

Baily Keller
Senior Program Manager, Strategic Partnerships
Baily is an experienced Senior Program Manager at TechSoup. She works with Fortune 500 companies to help them develop and scale their philanthropy programs while also being an advocate for the nonprofit sector, helping with equitable access to technology. Baily graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is located in Boston, MA.

Patrick Kirby is the Founder of Do Good Better Consulting and a believer that “we’ve always done it this way” is the most dangerous phrase in the English language.
Patrick has spent over a decade working in nearly every capacity in the nonprofit industry, for organizations of all shapes and sizes, and strives to ‘Do Good Better’ every day. From organizing $10,000 cure walks to $1 million galas, Patrick’s passion lies in creating creative solutions to make fundraising less boring.
Alice Ruhnke
President
Alice is the President of GrantStation. She joined the team after 20 years of working in or with the nonprofit community. In the trenches, she raised over $45 million and worked with hundreds of organizations to help them increase their capacity to raise funds. Alice is the organization's content expert and is responsible for online education, partnership development, and working with the talented GrantStation staff to provide quality resources to help the nonprofit community secure funding. Alice received both her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Relations and Master of Arts degree in Education/Counseling Psychology from the University of Connecticut. In August 2013, she completed a Certificate Program in Appreciative Inquiry from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.
